In order to establish a trade account please supply your full company details on letter headed paper and include the following details:

Name of company/sole trader/partnership (please indicate which)
Contact telephone numbers & email
Address for deliveries
Address for accounts and contact name
Bank details inc Name Account No and sort code
Vat number if applicable

Terms are payment with order this can be cash or cheque or by pre arrangement by credit/debit card.
Total order value including carriage will be confirmed to you at time of ordering
Payment should be sent to the address shown above.
Goods will be despatched upon clearance of payment
Risk in the stock passes to you on delivery
Once goods have been signed for unless specifically signed for as damaged or missing no claim can be made or accepted by Heroes Muscle & Fitness Superstore Ltd for any damaged or missing items
No guarantee is given that any stock/item is suitable for any particular purpose
The title in the stock shall remain with Heroes Muscle & Fitness Superstore Ltd until all monies owing to Heroes Muscle & Fitness Superstore Ltd have been paid in full.
Interest may be charged at the rate of 8% above Barclays bank base rate on outstanding monies owed due to returned cheques or other payment failures and all costs of the collection of any monies owed will be charged to you
You will indemnify and keep indemnified Heroes Muscle & Fitness Superstore Ltd against all costs, disbursements and other losses direct or indirect incurred, as a result of any action you may take or failure on your part or as a result of the use of or sale of any products supplied to you.
