Recommended Use of Perfor-MX Extreme:
Mix 1 scoop (25g) with approximately 500 ml of water and begin sipping 30-45 minutes before an endurance workout or event. A further serving should be taken after approximately 45 minutes of intense activity, for example at half time during a football or rugby match. Take up to 4 servings within a 5 hour period. Ensure sufficient fluid intake by consuming at least 1 litre of water per hour in addition to Perfor-MX Extreme, this should be increased in warm weather. Thirst is an indication of dehydration and must be avoided by drinking plenty of water at all times.
