Recommended Use:
Add three rounded scoops to 450-500 ml of cold water (depending on individual preference). Blend or shake in a Heroes shaker for 30 seconds. Have 2 to three servings daily, servings may be halved. Use between meals, or within 30 minutes after training as a recovery drink.
