The York R700 Rower With a combination of magnets and air as resistance - together with an aluminium seat track, the R700 offers an ultra smooth rowing action.

The rowing handle is height adjustable, so you can row in the most comforatble position, and with a retractable seat track the R700 can be compactly stored when not being used.

Heavy duty pivoting footplates, a large comfortable seat and a multifunctional computer display complete the package.
