Cardiosport Heartsafe Sport is a great choice for the exerciser who wants to be able to monitor training sessions without going to the extreme of a PC interfacing HRM. The Heartsafe Sport allows the user to record up to 10 hours training, across 120 samples (in one file). After your training session you can enter the data in to a spread sheet software package (like Microsoft Excel) and view your heart rate responses graphically. This is a great tool for athletes, and serious exercisers, who need to be able to feedback training data to coaches and personal trainers

Cardiosport Heartsafe Sport also includes the CardioSport "Key Press Heart Rate Memory" that lets you to store 30 heart rates to memory at any time during your exercise session. This is an attractive alternative to "lap memories" and makes great sense when interval training, or circuit training.
